Siegfried Blab completed vocational training as a dairy specialist and dairy master technician in Kempten, Germany in 1987. He has more than 25 years of considerable experience of the food industry, at e.g. Tews GmbH, G. C. Hahn & Co. and Tate & Lyle Food Systems. His expertise is the dairy area, he has been involved in many successful projects.
